Touch Kenya is the national home of touch rugby — a fast, inclusive, non-contact sport played under Federation of International Touch (FIT) rules. We exist to grow the game, develop players, and connect Kenya to the global touch rugby community.
From club competitions to national tournaments, our goal is to build a pathway that takes players from first touch to international representation.
